About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our marketing strategy, content creation, and digital presence. As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will oversee content creation, social media management, and digital campaigns, ensuring every piece aligns with our clinic’s sophisticated and premium aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership: Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging, identity, and visuals across all marketing materials.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns for social media —from video and photo shoots to editing, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Social Media Management: Oversee our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, growing engagement and fostering a loyal community.
• Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
• Graphic Design, Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality imagery and videos that reflect the clinic’s premium aesthetic.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals using Canva or Adobe Suite for ads, social media, and website content.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the team and external creatives to bring campaigns to life.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on marketing performance, using data to inform future strategies and improve ROI.

About You

• A creative visionary with a keen eye for aesthetics and design, particularly within the beauty or wellness industry.
• A social media enthusiast who understands platform trends, audience engagement, and content strategies.
• A proactive leader who can take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• A storyteller with strong writing and editing skills to create compelling copy that aligns with our brand’s tone and voice.
• A strategic thinker who can analyse data and use insights to refine marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, design, communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Meta (Instagram, Facebook), and TikTok.
• A good eye for photography, videography and content creation.
• Strong time management, problem-solving and planning abilities.
• Someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.
