We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, honest, hardworking Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for multiple clients across various industries. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each client’s marketing goals are met with creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and marketing needs to deliver tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement customised digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media and email marketing to achieve client goals and boost online presence.
- Campaign Execution: Lead and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,LinkedIn), email marketing and more. Monitor, test, learn and optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals. Oversee and create all visual aspects of the required content together with creative copywriting that ensures the deliverables fully complement the client’s key messaging and ToV.
- Performance Analysis: Use digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights, email reports) to track, measure and analyse campaign performance. Present clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimise clients’ marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across channels while driving measurable results.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities for growth and ensure that clients’ campaigns are competitive within their respective industries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, strategy, operations) to ensure alignment in campaign execution and messaging across all digital channels.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present detailed reports, campaign outcomes and strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of your digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on digital campaign execution and optimisation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, PPC, email marketing).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, delivering on-time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on insights.
- Creative mindset and ability to think strategically.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from ideation and execution to reporting and optimisation.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with the ability to implement strategies to improve organic and paid search performance.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) for creating visually compelling digital content.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
