About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Client Service Officer to join a dynamic team within a large NSW Government agency. This role requires exceptional communication skills, particularly over phone and email, as well as the ability to manage multiple client and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, responding to client inquiries, managing case files, and escalating complex matters when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys helping others navigate important services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - Provide professional and empathetic support via phone and email
- Client Case Management – Process transactions, update records, and ensure timely responses
- Issue Resolution – Actively listen to concerns and work towards effective solutions
- Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records and escalate complex issues as needed

About You:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – confident handling phone and email interactions
- Experience in customer service, administration, or case management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work on a rotating phone roster (between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
