ABOUT YOU:
You will have previous experience in frontline administration duties, along with strong capabilities in communication, time management, attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive subject matter. Experience in the use of a client relationship management software system, such as Microsoft CRM, will be highly regarded.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity based in Dubbo for a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator, passionate about providing high quality customer service & administration support services to clients.
Key Duties will include, however not limited to:
- Provide front line sales and customer service to clients, including customer liaison and reception duties.
- Respond to and support clients and the community in their journey of Interrelate services, including facilitating effective referrals
- Undertake initial assessments of client needs
- Make client appointments and confirm bookings
- Undertake receptionist, administrative and accounts duties
- Maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client database ensuring high attention to detail
- Accounts duties and reporting - maintain the assets register, process banking, accounts, purchasing and updating client databases.
- Provide secretarial support to the team in consultation with your Line Manager
This is a Fixed term contract until 30 June 2026, working hours are from 9am to 5pm.
We are open to considering applicants that are wanting Full-time or Part-time work, Part-time hours would need to be a minimum of 2 working days per week. Full time working hours would be 37.5hrs per week.
You will be paid an hourly rate of $37.68 per hour + 11.5% superannuation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a front-line office administration role in a community organisation or other client service environment with a strong client focus.
- Intermediate keyboard and computing skills and experience with Windows and MS Word and Excel
- Strong client service focus with good interpersonal skills in working with people from diverse backgrounds, including children
- Highly developed administrative, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to deal with personal and sensitive subject matter and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients and maintain professional boundaries when dealing with conflict
- Good written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy and the ability to follow procedures, focus on detail and ensure accuracy
