The Client:
JK are currently recruiting for a range of Customer Service Officer roles within Ballarat.
Our client is seeking an individual with contact centre and customer service experience to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
This position offers a dynamic workload, with a variety of responsibilities that will allow you to utilize your organizational skills and align your work with the company’s values and objectives.

The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for both customer service and administrative duties, playing a key part in the smooth operation of the business. Such interactions being face to face, verbal and written.
To be successful, you will need strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Data entry
• Be the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries
• Administer customer accounts and databases
• Resolve customers’ issues
• Provide and process advice/information
• Managing relationships with customers
• Maintaining and managing client information
