🔑 Your Role:
This position is responsible for the management of end to end recruitment activity on TechnologyOne for the CEO and school Leadership Positions (requisition, recruitment activity, appointment and increment confirmation).
This position is responsible for the delivery of contemporary recruitment solutions, strategies and advice across the organisation fostering proactive end to end recruitment services and support to all stakeholders.
This Position will support the rollout of HROnboarding to CENT schools. This position is based at the Catholic Education Office in Berrimah, NT.
💼 Key Result Areas:
- Identify and implement local area recruitment marketing strategies to ensure we source talent.
- Provide end to end resourcing and recruitment services including advice and support to ‘hiring managers’ on processes and activities to ensure the engagement of the best candidate for the position.
- Support hiring managers in the recruitment process including advertisement campaigns, referrals, reference checks, pre-employment requirements and other relevant recruitment processes as required.
- Coordinate and complete supporting administration and onboarding processes.
- Provide on the job training and coaching to hiring managers and teams on best practice recruitment and selection processes using the HROnboarding portal.
- Support school leaders and administrators in the use of TechnologyOne HROnbarding processes

🌱What we’re looking for:
- Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications; or working towards such qualification.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant recruitment experience.
- Driver's licence.
- Current Working with Children Check Ochre Card.
- Use of Recruitment system software or ERP, preferably TechnologyOne
