We are seeking Practice Support Staff to provide clinical and administrative support for our growing organization in Townsville. Permanent positions available!

THE ROLE

This a diverse role which covers both clinical and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

• Greeting all patients courteously – being the first point of contact!
• Providing chairside assistance to the dental practitioner for all dental procedures information and follow up to patients in need of emergency and general dental care.
• Providing administration support services as required including reception duties, arranging appointments, handling telephone queries, receiving payments, patient clinical records, computer work and other office-based records as required
• Display the ability and willingness to learn how to operate new dental equipment e.g. Electronic records, autoclaves, instruments washers, digital photography, and sterilisation.
