The Position

2 x Casual and permanent positions available:

• 1 x A position for an experienced candidate who can multi-task and is looking for further professional growth as Practice Manager/Clinical co-ordinator.
• 1 x Training available to aspiring candidates who are a good fit for our team.
• Hours and remuneration negotiable on skills and work ethic.
• Immediate start preferred. Start time negotiable for the right candidate.
• Both positions have chance to develop your skills chair side and on the front desk/administration.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside

• Assisting dentists with a range of chairside procedures
• Setting up and changing over rooms between patients
• Sterilisation and maintenance of dental equipment
• Help to provide excellent patient care and build patient relationships

Receptionist

• Managing patient enquiries with professionalism and care
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments as needed
• Processing and reconciling payments
• Liaising with specialists and professionals to coordinate patient care
• Assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

The right candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and team members
• A strong work ethic and commitment to providing top-quality service
