About the role

Endodontics West is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our specialist dental practice in Taringa, Queensland.

In this role you will be required to provide high-quality patient care and support the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

Your day will be divided between the treatment rooms and the front desk

• Assisting the Endodontist during procedures
• Preparation of treatment rooms
• Sterilising of instruments
• Greeting and welcoming patients, booking appointments, and managing the reception area
• Handling patient records and insurance claims
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dental practice
• Providing exceptional patient care

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist
• Warm and friendly manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients both on the telephone and in person
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient car
