About the role/Responsibilities:

• Patient appointment setting, billing, receipting and health fund claiming
• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and addressing concerns
• Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing patient information
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience
• Chairside assistance

About you:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in the dental industry (Certificate III highly regarded but not essential)
• Experience using HICAPS
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be a team player and work collaboratively with the dental staff
