Customer Success Representatives – Luxury Retail | 5 Roles Available

Miller Leith is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury furniture and homewares retailer that is experiencing significant growth. As part of this expansion, we are seeking five Customer Success Representatives to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium brand that is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-quality products.
About the Role As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service excellence. You will be responsible for managing order administration, delivery inquiries, product support, and customer resolutions, always upholding the brand’s high standards.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow within a premium retail business, making it ideal for individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to build their careers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, refunds, and post-purchase support.
- Manage failed deliveries, working with customers and logistics partners to find timely resolutions.
- Process order cancellations, refunds, and account updates in line with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams, including management, logistics, showrooms, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels, providing first-level resolution and proactive customer support.
About You We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a high-end retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in customer service, order management, or retail (luxury retail experience highly regarded).
- A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
- Experience with CRM or order management systems (preferred but not essential).
