About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic team at The Solar Repair Man. In this full-time position based in Rowville, Victoria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email
• Scheduling and coordinating client appointments and technician visits
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions and service history
• Supporting the processing of customer payments and invoicing
• Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and general office organisation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative, ideally within a service-oriented organisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A positive, friendly and proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the solar energy industry or a keen interest in renewable technologies would be highly advantageous
