Your Role:

You’ll be the voice of PrizePop, reaching out to customers and partners to keep them informed, engaged, and excited about what we offer. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers, updating them on new offers, deals, and promotions.
• Processing any sales through our system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer insights and feedback that help shape future campaigns.
• Build meaningful connections with customers, representing our brand and values in every conversation.
• Promote and upsell our evolving products and services to drive customer engagement.
• Reach out to existing partners to collect necessary information and materials for smooth onboarding.

About You:

Sales Savvy: You have 2-3 years of sales experience and know how to build rapport and close deals.

Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt easily to change, and take initiative.

Multi-Tasker: You can juggle multiple tasks and switch gears quickly throughout the day.

Relationship Builder: You understand the value of strong customer and partner connections.

Process Improver: You’re always looking for ways to make things better and more efficient.

Bonus Points: Experience in outbound sales or a keen interest in sales and partnerships is a big plus!
