JRM Resources is looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our team and support our HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.

Role Overview:
As the HR/Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential support to the HR Manager, assisting with all facets of HR administration and recruitment. Your detail-oriented approach will ensure our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Ensure all documentation is current and compliant.
- Assist with new starter paperwork, company inductions, and contract management.
- Utilize Excel to generate reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide day-to-day support for various HR tasks.
- Data entry using HR software - Employment Hero
Recruitment Support:
- Post job ads
- Manage applications, follow up with candidates, and update recruitment databases.
- Identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform reference checks.
- Organise and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with all stages of recruitment including arranging pre-employment medicals and documentation.
- Mobilisation - organise paperwork, flights, accommodation, vehicle and plant hire, medicals, training, inductions, PPE, etc., for both Team Members and Contractors.
- Update and maintain a live shared document to track training statuses, identify gaps, and manage expiring licenses or certificates.
- Create and update a talent register

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR administration and/or recruitment support.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
