We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person with great attitude that will fit into our small team. You will be working in a busy, but supportive and fun environment.

Your role will be to assist our commercial property management department in an administration support role. Although a real estate background would be helpful it is not critical as we are looking for the right person first with an attitude to learn and grow.

We are looking for a confident person with some administration experience for a part time role with a flexible routine for the right candidate.

Initially approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility.

The Position

  • Part Time Position
  • Real Estate Industry experience is preferred but not critical
  • Taking phone enquiries, emailing, relaying messages, meeting & greeting clients.
  • Process Listings and Sales Files
  • Liaising with Owners & Tenants
  • Account & Creditor Payments
  • Printing, emailing owner & tenant statements
  • In House PA duties
