Join Our Team: Recruitment Administrator

We're looking for a Part Time Recruitment Administrator (38hrs/fortnight) to support the seamless execution of HR processes and provide essential administrative support to our People & Culture (P&C) team. About the Role:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work under the guidance of the Recruitment Advisor, assisting with a range of HR services, including:

Recruitment:

  • Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding and induction process, creating a positive experience for new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and help improve employee retention strategies.
  • Assist with recruitment, including document preparation, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Verify that safeguarding requirements are met for all new employees, ensuring full compliance with policies and training.

Administration & Compliance Support:

  • Review and act on compliance requirements to ensure all processes and documentation are accurate and aligned with company policies.
  • Assist with all HR-related administration tasks, including onboarding, contract management, performance reviews, and offboarding.

Learning & Development:

  • Support Learning & Development initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking employee progress, and maintaining accurate records.
