Part-Time Administrator – Installation Team
Location: O’Connor, WA
Hours: Part-Time (20-24 Hours per week)
Job Type: Permanent Part time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Installation Team as a Part-Time Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the team while contributing to the ongoing development and success of the company.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely documentation, offering excellent customer service, supporting the Installation Manager, and helping with daily operations. This role will allow you to make a tangible impact by improving processes, ensuring compliance, and assisting with a smooth installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lift manuals and other documents for customers prior to Installation.
  • Complete WorkSafe applications for Design and Plant Registration.
  • Follow up with customers after lift installations to gather performance feedback.
  • Assist the Installation Manager with general administrative tasks such as preparing contract notifications and letters.
  • Review and order office stationery on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) documentation is filed and organized correctly.
  • Support cross-training within the administration team to ensure seamless coverage during absences.
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and the sales team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working as admin within installation team, construction industry is highly desirable.
