THE ROLE

Our client is expanding its operations, so they have a great opportunity for the right candidates to join their team as a senior member to liaise and co-ordinate with other senior and junior staff members. They are seeking an ambitious and committed individual who is able to represent the business and deliver efficient and effective consulting services. DUTIES

• Providing technical advice in all matters relating to Building Regulations, the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards, fire safety, accessibility and energy efficiency.
• This position will include site inspections of buildings under construction and existing buildings, meetings with clients and design teams.
• You will assist with the marketing and growth of the company and in the process develop your own client base.

ABOUT YOU

• Registered Certifier with industry experience working on large scale Certification projects for class 2-9 who will have the opportunity to deliver a broad range of consultancy services to a developing client base.
• The successful candidates can expect to work on all types of Class 2-9 buildings ranging from small fit-outs to multi-million-dollar developments. An ability to work autonomously and a willingness to assume a role as the key point of contact on small to medium sized projects is essential.
• 3 years+ experience
• Degree/Tafe qualified minimum Grade A1 Registered Certifier or capable of achieving
• Local government and/or private consultancy experience will be highly regarded
• The successful candidate can expect to work on all types of Class 2-9 buildings ranging from small fit-outs to multi-million dollar developments.
• An ability to work autonomously and a willingness to assume a role as the key point of contact on small to medium sized projects is essential.
