As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Fleet Livery Manager to drive B2B sales, project management, and customer service excellence.

About the Role

As Fleet Livery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing B2B fleet branding projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality livery production and installation. You will work closely with fleet managers, procurement teams, and industry leaders to provide end-to-end livery solutions that enhance vehicle safety, compliance, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client & Project Management – Work with fleet operators, logistics companies, and industrial clients to deliver premium fleet branding solutions.
✅B2B Sales & Account Growth – Build strong relationships and expand our client base in the mining, construction, and transport industries.
✅FleetHub Management – Oversee the FleetHub® platform, ensuring seamless ordering, project coordination, and production workflow.
✅Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure all vehicle branding meets the clients’ expectations, industry safety standards, durability requirements, and compliance regulations.
✅Production Oversight – Collaborate with designers, technicians, and installers to ensure timely and high-quality fleet branding execution.
✅Manage Fleet Livery Installers – Oversee and coordinate the team of fleet livery installers to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of projects.
✅Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline order fulfillment, production scheduling, and customer service.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in fleet branding, vehicle livery, signage, or industrial graphics is highly desirable.
• Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills, preferably in the mining, transport, or industrial sectors.
• Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple client requirements and deadlines.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for vehicle safety and identification signage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with fleet managers, procurement officers, and installation teams.
• Tech-savvy approach – Familiarity with digital platforms for order processing and project tracking.
