Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle releases including pre-delivery, registration, tax invoices & delivery arrangements for vehicles required at head office
• Assist in planning an execution to ensure optimum fleet utilization is achieved.
• Process and manage fleet vehicle sales orders and related documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
• General data management, scanning & housekeeping
• Provide day to day assistance to the National Fleet Manager
• Supporting the National Fleet Manager with preparing quotes, confirming vehicle delivery, and determining available stock
• Occasional assistance for the National Fleet Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a coordinating role or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail
• Strong time management & ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of fleet management
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong analytical, data entry & organisation skills
• Customer focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Passion for technology and sustainability in the automotive industry is a plus.
