Audi Centre Sydney is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team and support our Service team in their day to day operations.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Manage our Loan vehicle Fleet operations including vehicle Tolls, Fines & infringements, allocating them to custodians as required.
• Ensure customer licenses & credit card data is captured accurately in Dealer Drive.
• Manage the Loan Car Fleet Tolls, Fines & infringements, allocating them to custodians as required.
• Explain company insurance policies to customers and manage payments for insurance excess waivers.
• Maintain the Service Facility Car Park including weekly stocktake & audit
• Uphold company loan car policies as outlined in the Policy document
• Manage damaged vehicles & insurance claims as per internal processes
• Liaise with customers directly regarding damages and take payments as per insurance policies
• Check all loan vehicles with custodians when being loaned & returned recording data in Dealer Drive accurately
• Maintain great customer service CEM scores
• Achieve insurance excess reduction KPI monthly targets
• Assist the Pre-Delivery administrator with grounding New to Used vehicles within time frames provided
• Manage daily fleet duties and queries with Fleet team, Fleet Manager and Service Manager
• Ensure the customer drop off area is always clear liaising with concierge staff
• Maintain the customer handover bay to ensure loan vehicles are promptly ready for use.
• Assist the Fleet Delivery Co-Ordinator with weekly stock take
• Support the company fleet Co-Ordinator with custodian fine/infringement allocations
• Achieve monthly vehicle handovers and grounding targets
• Maintain and update accurate fleet data in Fleetwave and other reporting tools
• Raise and complete RO’s via eraPower and support Service Manager where applicable
To be considered for the role, the desired candidate will possess:
- A valid NSW drivers licence
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good time management skills
The successful candidate will be self-motivated but also thrive in working in a team environment. You will be driven, determined and extremely customer focused.
