Are you the super organised go getter, think 3 steps ahead, powerhouse office person that we're looking for?
Being experienced in administration and marketing, you know the value of your role to a business and will relish the opportunity to utilise your unique skillset in this position.
This Part-time role would ideally suit a person with good attention to detail, methodical in their approach, focus to stick to a task and manage the sometimes-challenging interactions that come in a busy work environment.
Working directly with our team of consultants, the role is located in our Clayton office.
3 Days per week minimum initially
We’re looking for a special candidate to undertake a varied role and tasks such as:
- Invoicing and reconciliation using our accounting system. Experience in MYOB, Xero or a like program is a mandatory requirement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficiently manage admin tasks as per the role requirements
- Prepare and manage the marketing plan for the business
- Attention to detail, able to follow and create new systems, while managing multiple consultant interactions
