This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant interior design company known for their high-quality and bespoke designs. We are searching for a highly capable and adaptable Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time role (3 days/week, approx. 20 hours), ongoing temporary assignment, located onsite in Southbank.
Reporting to the COO, you will be a part of the Sales Support Team and will be responsible for processing furniture orders using their CRM system, keep track and update orders for projects, handle new enquiries and assist the wider team. Your exceptional customer service, communication skills and positive nature will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders in Cin7 (ordering system)
- Purchasing products from suppliers
- Data entry into project management systems (Cin7 and Monday.com)
- Communicate daily with Sales team, Warehouse team, Project Management team and external suppliers
- Assist with customer phone enquiries or walk-ins to the showroom as required
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Compliance tracking
- Project start-up assistance
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exception customer service skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- Strong communicator
- Proactive team player
