Marketing Admin Assistant - Biik Bundjil
The Marketing Administration Assistant at Biik Bundjil will be responsible for providing administrative support to Jaeden, Founder and Director. Upon joining this small local business you will be responsible for managing calendars, booking client sessions, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining databases, and handling day-to-day emails and enquiries.
We are after someone with a pleasant and easy going nature, dedicated worker and excellent communicator via email and on the phone. To accompany these traits we need a great team player, someone that has excellent attention to detail, an efficient organiser of time, documents and processes, and can work autonomously.
In return we offer you a 10-15 hour flexible work week, with hours to suit you, your family and lifestyle commitments. Hours do need to be completed within the traditional business hours and across a minimum of three days, all of which can be done from home or a local hot-desking space, after the initial training period. We are happy to discuss what this may look like with the successful applicant.
This position is initially for the period of May - September 2025, which, for the right person may continue past this date with more of a Marketing focus when our Admin Assistant returns from leave.
Training will commence mid April, with a probation period in place.

Purpose:
Provide marketing & administrative assistance in accordance with the business priorities.
Run the administrative side of the business so Jaeden can focus on delivering workshops.
Responsibilities:
Admin
Run all day-to-day admin tasks such as emails, bookings, data entry, calls and customer service.
Manage Jaeden’s calendar and inbox.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and events.
Xero - Generating Invoices.
Maintain digital file storage and organisation.
Marketing
Ownership of regular reporting requirements.
Design, develop and send monthly newsletter.
Draft and send marketing emails to potential and existing clients.
Make calls to local target markets/clients to inform of our services.
Manage social media accounts.
Planning and executing social media and marketing calendars.
Support a variety of other creative marketing activities.
Maintain digital file storage and organisation.
Experience
Experience in business administration and client/customer service is required.
Experience in marketing is advantageous.
Experience in a similar role is also advantageous.
Skills

Punctuality, reliability, autonomy and professionalism.
Efficient level of computer skills.
Initiative, self-drive and a willingness to learn.
