Our business is on the rise, and we need an Admin, sales and marketing gun who can keep up. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the master of organisation, and the go-to person for everything—from supporting the Director to handling admin, creating marketing materials, managing social media, quoting jobs remotely using Google Earth, and following up with potential clients to upsell our services.
We already have 90+ 5-star reviews on Google, and we want that number even higher! You’ll play a key role in encouraging happy customers to leave reviews, boosting our presence across Google, Facebook, and other review platforms.
Any business you bring in yourself will be rewarded with commission—so if you’re keen to flex your sales muscles, there’s an opportunity to earn extra!
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAYS
One day, you’ll be assisting the Director with high-level admin; the next, you’ll be designing flyers, managing our social media, quoting jobs remotely using Google Earth, following up with customers, and driving additional sales. Expect to:
- Be the Director’s right-hand person, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Create and manage marketing materials like flyers, brochures, capability statements, and thank-you packs.
- Manage social media platforms—schedule posts, engage with followers, and keep our brand visible.
- Use Google Earth to remotely measure and quote jobs—we’ll teach you how!
- Follow up on quotes, answer client questions, and upsell services to ensure they get the best solution.
- Bring in your own sales and earn commission on any new business you generate.
- Encourage and drive more customer reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms to maintain and grow our outstanding reputation.
- Utilise tech tools to streamline operations—whether it’s tracking jobs in Tradify or ServiceM8, managing tasks in Asana, creating content in Canva, or handling customer interactions via a CRM like Go High Level.
- Process invoices, maintain records, and handle key admin tasks.
- Respond to client inquiries over the phone and email with top-tier customer service.
- Keep sales reps in check, supporting them with what they need.
- Adapt and roll with the punches—because let’s be real, things move fast around here!
ARE YOU WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

- Experience in an administration, marketing, or sales support role.
- A creative eye for marketing—you know how to put together a great-looking flyer, brochure, or social media post.
- Basic social media management skills—you don’t need to be an influencer, but you should know your way around Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.
- A natural flair for customer service and upselling—you’re confident talking to people and recommending the best solutions.
- Tech-savvy—bonus points if you have experience with:
- Job management software (Tradify, ServiceM8, or similar)
- CRMs like Go High Level
- Marketing & design tools (Canva)
- Task management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
