Ability Property Solutions is an Adelaide based Property Maintenance Business taking care of property maintenance for many Adelaide Real Estate Agencies and Property Managers and also specialising in the NDIS Sector.

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and capable General Labourer / Property Maintenance Worker/ Handyman to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous hands-on experience in maintenance, building, or construction industries.
• Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, labouring, property maintenance, or handyman tasks.
• Eligibility to work in Australia is essential.
• Possession of a White Card is advantageous.
• Successful completion of a Police Check and NDIS Workers Clearance is required
• Must have Mobile Phone with Smart phone facilities
• Experience in Simpro or other rostering app advantageous
