About the role

Renewed Property Services is seeking experienced multi-trade tradespeople to join our team on a casual or contractor basis in Wangara, WA.

As a Property Maintenance Tradesperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the properties we manage, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and presentation. This is a hands-on role with flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out general property maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify and report any issues or safety concerns to the property management team
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks
• Collaborate with the broader property management team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to property maintenance

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a qualified tradesperson, with the ability to work across multiple trades
• Strong practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of property maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
