About the Role

Reporting to the Admin and Compliance Manager, you’ll work alongside recruitment consultants to ensure smooth placements for healthcare professionals. This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, combining administration, credentialing, and coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring nursing professionals meet all hospital-specific documentation requirements, including completing paperwork and reviewing immunisation records.
- Coordinating travel logistics such as flights, accommodation, and car hire.
- Acting as the key point of contact between healthcare facilities, nursing professionals, and recruitment consultants.
- Managing timesheets, preparing invoicing reports, and confirming details with medical administration teams.
- Sending invoice reminders and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assisting candidates with Medicare applications.
- Formatting CVs and preparing candidate documentation to a professional standard.

About You
You’re an experienced administrator who knows the challenges of working in recruitment support. If you’re feeling unappreciated or stuck in your current role, this could be the fresh start you’re looking for.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with invoicing software (e.g., Xero) is desirable.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a focus on quality.
