Tailored Talent Solutions are partnering with an awarded “Great Place To Work ”professional services team in search of a recruitment administrator for their dynamic and growing HR Team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to enter the HR and Recruitment space, being mentored and trained by seasoned HR professionals.
The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to
- Arranging interviews and diary management
- Sourcing candidates
- Ad writing and job posting on relevant job boards.
- Screening candidates
- Collaborate with Marketing on Social Media initiatives
- Event planning and coordination
- Assisting with graduate recruiting
- Ad Hoc HR and recruitment projects.
To be successful in this role you will have
- 2+ years administration experience. (Within recruitment ideal but not required.)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superior communication - both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable time management and proactivity in previous roles.
