ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is looking for a Candidate Engagement Officer / Entry level Recruitment Administrator working on site with our client, Northrop Grumman (NGA), based in Brisbane.

As the Candidate Engagement Officer, you will be working as part of a the Talent and Recruitment team, your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative recruitment support to the talent acquisition team through: Leading recruitment related administration including, writing and posting of advertisements, coordination of interviews and executing compliance/probity/reference checks, manage candidate records and send internal open vacancies emails
- Support the candidate sourcing campaigns across and maintain proactive candidate talent pools for key volume roles and hard to fill vacancies
- Enable and support the Recruitment Business Partners to proactively engage with niche talent
- Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
- Contribute to the program's key objectives of risk management, data management, reporting and analytics as well as compliance and governance protocols
- Support the Recruitment team with recruitment activities across a small portfolio of annual graduate, intern and entry level roles within the program.
- Provide a high level of customer service through all communication channels. This includes but is not limited to: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal and external stakeholders at all times and responding promptly to enquiries
- Develop an understanding of the client portfolio, (how they operate, what's important to them) and keep aware of market trends and track competitive practices to share with your relevant portfolio

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal

- Collaborate well in a team
- A passion for and at least some exposure to the Defence industry preferred and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment
- Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens
