We are currently searching for an Administration Officer to join our busy temporary staffing desk, where you will be key in supporting the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following full inhouse training, you will support the team in sourcing candidates to join our temporary Nursing team. This will involve multiple methods of attracting Talent and conducting candidate prescreens/interviews/reference checks.
- You will support our compliance process by ensuring candidate documentation aligns with all all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the team by answering inbound calls during busy periods of the day.
- Ensure our database is kept accurate.
- Support the team by adding shifts to our Rostering software.
- Send out uniforms to new Nursing staff.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the team to support them in any way that ensures a high-level service is delivered to our candidates and clients.
What we Offer:
- Salary - $70,000 - $80,000 (experience depending) + superannuation (11.5%).

- Training - We will offer you full training into the role - delivered by our Consultants, your Division Manager, and our dedicated Learning & Development Manager.
- Location - E4 are based at a modern office space near Town Hall in Sydney's CBD, NSW. This is an office based role, although there may be opportunity to occasionally work from home once you are fully trained into the role.

- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be confident handling high volume phone calls and video calls.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a Recruitment office or similar industry is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Must have Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency / own pathway towards this - we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
