Mortgage Broking assistant

An award winning and fast-growing mortgage brokerage is seeking a Client Service manager to join their team. Based in North Perth and part of a high energy and high performing team, you will be a pivotal part of the mortgage broking team's success. Your technical mortgage broking and credit experience will set you up for success in this role as you handle all loan processing and stakeholder conversations from credit analysis through to settlement. This is a full time permanent position.

The role:

Your main aim is to take the load off the Mortgage Broker's shoulders so they can focus on what they do best (bringing in the business), while your A-game is crunching the numbers! You'll research the best lender, loan structure, product and policy including serviceability calculations.

You'll be highly client facing and one of the main business contacts for clients throughout an application. You'll be communicating with clients for outstanding information, producing loan proposals for the broker to discuss with the clients and then moving them through to application stage.

· Analysing and researching client credit requirements and making the files ready for submission

· Accurately manage and execute all loan submissions (lodgement through to post settlement)

· Actively managing the client relationships through regular updates and support throughout the home loan process

· Ensuring all documentation has been collated and signed

· Ensuring all deals are prepared for settlement

About you:

You have minimum of 1 year experience in the mortgage broking industry or branch lending experience and be highly skilled in bank policy and the loan application process (Cert IV or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred, but not essential).

You're likely a broker or bank lender who loves the number crunching and analytical aspect of broking or lending but not the pressure of sales and lead generation.

What else will you bring to the role?

· Demonstrated experience within loan processing and credit writing is a must

· Demonstrated mortgage broking industry experience is a must

· You have technical knowledge of the home loan process and credit

· You are organised, proactive and positive

· You have excellent communication skills
