We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Analyst / Loan Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or broker support and want to be part of a high-performing, supportive team, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

In this full-time, in-office role, you will play a key part in supporting our mortgage brokers, clients, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Building strong rapport with clients and guiding them through the loan application process
• Liaising with mortgage brokers, lenders, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Managing loan applications from submission to approval through our CRM (Broker Engine) and Apply Online
• Conducting serviceability assessments using lender calculators and industry tools
• Researching lender policies and preparing loan comparisons to identify the best solutions for clients
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
• Assisting with loan pricing, policy, servicing, and discharge processes

About You

As a key part of our team, you will bring a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a minimum of 12 months experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or a related role
• Is highly proficient in financial services software (experience with AFG / Broker Engine is a huge advantage)
• Has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Possesses excellent customer service skills and a "client for life" mentality
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment and is committed to continuous learning
• Has experience navigating lender policies and mortgage broking processes
