Your new role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 600-700 lots, managing 30-40 Owners Corporations.

The role involves a mix of residential and commercial properties, with a 60/40 commercial split. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and delivering high-quality service.

This role is perfect for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You'll be supported by a tight-knit team of 5, including two other OC Managers and a dedicated support staff.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Owners Corporation management, ideally handling medium to large portfolios.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to think on the spot.
  • Experience with Strata Master software (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to manage both commercial and residential properties.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality service.
