Senior Owners Corporation Manager - Glen Iris

Due to growth and changes at our Glen Iris office, the opportunity has arose for someone to become a Senior Owners Corporation Manager, within an established, renowned firm which manages 10,000+ strata lots as a business, with 20+ staff.

With a dedicated admin & support team, assistant owners corporation managers, modern strata software (stratamaster + additional bolt ons), and great team culture, training days etc, join a winning, growing strata firm!

Your position as Senior Owners Corporation Manager will start out in managing a portfolio of approx 1,000 lots and properties between 40 to 100 lots in size, approx 20-30 properties.

Portfolio made up of mostly residential, high end apartments, mostly local to the office.

Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, no weekends. Parking Provided free around the office, never had complaints on parking here. With 1 - 2 days/week as the current WFH policy.

JOB DUTIES:
- Management of medium-high density 40 to 100 lot properties in your portfolio
- Deal with maintenance issues, emails, day to day strata management with support
- Attend sites if required or delegate to the assistant owners corporation manager
- Opportunity to train junior staff if you wish to aim to progress into more of a Team Leader role (there are 3 Team Leaders in this business, room to grow up potentially for you)

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + 2.2's (% of them)

- 1-2 days work from home option
- High End portfolio, minimal defects and issues typically

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Excellent communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
- Willingness to succeed and expand portfolio size
