The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Facility Manager to join a successful and growing business. In this role, you will manage repairs, maintenance, and CAPEX projects across the existing property portfolio while overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management – Oversee repairs, maintenance, and CAPEX works, ensuring all properties meet agreed standards.
• Budget Management – Monitor and manage operating expenses in line with approved budgets.
• Contractor & Consultant Management – Retain and expand relationships with preferred contractors and consultants.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring – Provide regular reports to senior leadership on property portfolio performance.
• Project Cost Management – Oversee budgeting, cost reporting, and planning to ensure financial control.
• Project Design Management – Manage design documentation, consultant coordination, and approval processes.
• Project Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder negotiations.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Facility Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project life cycles, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
