Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to work for a leading global property group based in Melbourne, your asset portfolio will be located in Melbourne's Western & Northern Suburbs. This role will manage the efficient operation of a portfolio of institutional grade industrial business parks.

We are looking for an individual with previous or current experience in an operational or maintenance-style role within a commercial or industrial property environment. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction through the effective management of building services, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building services, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements and statutory requirements.
• Monitor site expenditure and assist in budget planning for operational and capital works.
• Conduct routine building inspections, ensuring compliance with essential safety measures.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to optimise energy and water performance.
• Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction, responding promptly to service requests.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and risk management policies.
• Prepare regular reports on building performance, contractor service levels, and budget variances.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in facilities or property management, particularly within commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of building services, contractor management, and essential safety regulations.
• Experience managing budgets, operational expenditure, and compliance reporting.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a customer service focus.
