BHAMARE'S PTY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Support and Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality audits, providing technical guidance, analysing Salesforce systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify inconsistencies and potential risk areas within Salesforce to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

- Develop and recommend corrective action plans and process improvements to address areas of non-compliance implementations.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues, including system errors, integration challenges, and user access problems.

- Conduct tests to identify and diagnose functionality errors, faults, and bugs in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and code, ensuring alignment with quality standards and testing protocols.

- Plan and execute quality audit inspections, assess data, and evaluate system configurations and related documentation.

- Educate, collaborate, and communicate with users and management to enhance awareness of standards, procedures, and quality control measures.

- Design, implement, and deliver technical training and guidance on applications, workflows, and operational processes.

- Investigate, assess, and resolve technical challenges related to installations, maintenance, upgrades, configurations, and integrations.

- Evaluate Salesforce system architecture and provide recommendations for future enhancements, including customizations, third-party integrations, and AppExchange solutions.

- Develop and review technical documents, including procedural manuals, instructional guides, technical reports, and maintenance records specific to Salesforce.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in quality auditing, system analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of platform functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations.
