Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ICT Support and Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to support, maintain, and optimise system infrastructure and quality assurance processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve system performance issues, test system functionality, and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and system inspections, analysing data and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and assess potential system risks, implementing corrective actions to mitigate non-compliance issues.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system faults across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Develop and execute testing protocols to validate system performance, functionality, and integrity.
• Deliver training and technical guidance on operational procedures, ensuring users and stakeholders adhere to best practices.
• Perform in-depth analysis of system architecture, recommending strategic improvements to optimise infrastructure performance.
• Review and document technical procedures, including instructional guides, operational manuals, and maintenance records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in ICT support, testing, and systems management.
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Experience with system audits, quality assurance methodologies, and infrastructure optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
