In this role, you’ll demonstrate our core value of Embrace Process, following established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in your support efforts. This is a full-time, onsite role in Camperdown.

What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Lead installations, configurations, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Manage incidents and service requests, prioritizing tasks while communicating clearly with customers and team members.
  • Provide end-user support through face-to-face and remote interactions, ensuring that expectations are managed, and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide mentorship to other engineers, assisting with knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and workflows in our knowledge base to contribute to team process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors to escalate unresolved issues, ensuring quick turnaround times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Level 2 Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
  • Proven knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and basic networking principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in virtualization (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) and cloud technologies.
  • IT experience in the construction industry sector is highly valued but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-centric attitude, always aiming for clarity in interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and consistently meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Vendor Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or relevant qualifications are a plus.
