Any current or previous experience working in a construction or engineering firm will be highly desirable!
What You'll Do
From keeping servers and desktops running to researching and implementing new IT solutions, you'll take full responsibility for IT support across the business. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and training to ensure the team has everything they need to work efficiently including:
- Providing IT support and training to staff in the office and on-site.
- Troubleshooting software, hardware, mobile devices, printers, and network issues.
- Managing IT assets, purchasing hardware, and keeping systems up to date.
- Handling user onboarding and offboarding (Active Directory, Office 365, Dropbox, Zoom, etc.)
- Setting up and delivering new hardware to employees.
- Researching and recommending hardware and software solutions.
- Continuously improving IT processes and internal procedures to enhance efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years' experience in an IT Support Engineer role with strong experience or knowledge of:
- Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Zoom.
- LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN.
- Windows 11, iPhone, and Android devices.
- Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience supporting IT systems in a construction or engineering firm will be highly regarded.
