3. Communication and Training:

- Summarize recurring testing issues and provide feedback to technical teams. Train team members on testing and quality assessment standards, and engage with management regarding quality updates.

4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

- Develop SOPs for refurbishment processes, covering inspections, repairs, and quality control to ensure compliance with company standards.

5. Technical Troubleshooting:

- Address technical challenges in the refurbishment line, optimizing processes and ensuring the software environment is stable and reliable.

6. Quality Control:

- Establish testing protocols and optimize procedures to avoid software bugs. Perform regression testing to verify fixes and improve overall quality control.

7. Feasibility Assessment:

- Evaluate the feasibility of refurbishing various computer brands and models based on market needs and recommend optimal hardware upgrades for better performance.

8. Documentation and Training:

- Write and maintain operational manuals and training materials to improve processes and enhance team skills.
