The Agency

Responsibilities
- Review and enhance security systems and processes to improve service delivery.
- Identify and implement governance and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key artefacts aligned with service management policies and standards.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to transition new services into operation.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery Management, aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Proven experience implementing and transitioning change initiatives for process improvements.
- 3+ years’ experience in Security Operations (desirable).
