The Company

We are working with a reputable organisation, located in Castle Hill, who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. You will be working with a well-known brand, renowned Globally, within a small knit finance team. You will be passionate about Accounts Payable, love working within a family feel team and can wear multiple hats when it comes to collaborating and working cohesively as a team!

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Processing of invoices daily
• Coding of invoices
• Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
• Vendor and Supplier Reconciliations
• Administration Tasks: Sorting & Distributing mail, general filing, data entry
• Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Supervisor

To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes

• 1 - 2 years of Accounts Payable / Finance Administration experience
• Excel: Experience with Pivot Tables / Vlookups - essential
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Happy to work within a small knit team (supportive / great culture)
