Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and club areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws.

Gaming Attendant:

• Ensure a positive gaming experience for our patrons by providing assistance and maintaining gaming areas.
• Monitor gaming machines to ensure proper functioning and address any issues promptly.
• Adhere to gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.
• Assist in managing and reporting on cash and gaming transactions.
• Offer excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bar service and/or gaming operations.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings.
