MARKETING SPECIALIST| BRISBANE (QLD)

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Full-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

What Is Oppizi?

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hand), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people’s mailbox via national post service). We operate in 10 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, MealPal, DiDi, Deliveroo and many others.

Job description

The ideal candidate is dynamic and will be involved in various aspects of the business while leading the execution of our offline marketing campaigns.

• Recruitment: Screen, interview, and train a reliable team of Brand Ambassadors.
• People Management: Ensure Brand Ambassadors perform to standard, providing support and proactive feedback to improve campaign outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Analyse client data to optimise ongoing offline marketing campaigns.
• Planning: Create weekly rosters, assign locations, times, and Brand Ambassadors based on data insights.
• Inventory Management: Track campaign materials (flyers, uniforms, briefs) using the Oppizi platform and manage storage facilities.
• Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, balancing time between the storage facility and office.
• Reporting: Update client reports daily and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and higher management.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also be required to monitor teams on-site during campaigns

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience working with contractors and team management
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external teams for continuous improvement
• Experience working with brand ambassadors (preferred but not required)

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) + Superannuation
