We're looking for a passionate and motivated Duty Manager to support the General Manager in driving financial success, overseeing daily venue operations, and mentoring a high-performing team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be an influential leader, ensuring top-tier customer service while fostering a positive team culture.

Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Required licences: Gaming, RSA, RSG, and TAB
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and drive business growth
• Living in Renmark or ability to move to Renmark
