The Seven Stars Hotel is looking for a Duty Manager with the necessary skills and experience to excel in a busy food-focussed venue.
Working alongside both the Publican and Head Chef, the successful applicant will round out our management team, and will be expected to independently oversee management of the hotel operations to a high standard.
The position is a hands-on role and will be attractive to those who enjoy providing a premium level of customer service, while efficiently managing a close-knit team. The applicant will be expected to lead by example in order to maximise staff performance and customer experience.
The position is perfect for someone with management experience, however we will consider training up a candidate who is experienced in hospitality but hasn't yet had the opportunity to manage a venue in their previous employment.
Current RSA is required and current gaming qualifications a plus.
This position would be perfect for a student or suitable as a second job for the right applicant. Casually paid to begin, there is scope to migrate to a salaried position after a 3 month period.
Approximately 20-30 casual hours available per week with two dedicated RDO's.
