Our client are a privately owned company developing and building landmark projects in WA. With current high-profile projects underway in the Southern suburbs, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively plan and schedule to ensure project deadlines are achieved
• Understand and interpret construction drawings
• Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies
• Oversee all site safety and ensure staff and contractors comply with project safety management plan
• Conduct regular toolbox talks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, trades, suppliers, subcontracts and clients

Skills and Experience

• Experience supervising on commercial construction projects and mixed-used developments
• Excellent understanding of WHSE legislation
• Strong people management and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
