The Role:
Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor to help drive their major new builds in Brisbane’s inner suburbs.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee site coordination, ensuring construction activities meet quality, safety, and budget targets while keeping all stakeholders informed of any changes.

Your first project will be a $200mil multi-residential build in Toowong, supported by a fully resourced, highly experienced team, and on track for completion in 2027.

About you:

• Site Supervisor / Foreman in the commercial construction sector
• Experience on projects valued at $150mil+
• Proven track record delivering multi-story residential builds, hotels, student accommodation, build to rent, or similar.
• Strong industry relationships and connections in Brisbane are highly regarded
